The inside entry has a skylight and is tiled.The carpet is a beige berber in the living room and bedroom.There are two very comfy twin beds, & a dresser in the bedroom, the living area includes a 27' TV, a computer with a high speed  connection, a queen size sofa sleeper, and lazy boy recliner;dining area, The spacious and efficient kitchen is equipped with almond full sized appliances .. electric range, refrigerator/ice maker, built-in microwave, disposal, dishwasher plus a water softner!

For your convenience there is a stack washer & dryer in a Laundry closet off the northeast facing patio (You will have the warm morning sun-shine greet you each morning from this exposure!)

Also; Just steps away from your front door is covered assigned parking which also makes it very covenient.

Temporary guest membership privileges in Green Valley Recreation are available with this lovely rental property.

The "Green Valley Recreation"  offers 12 locations with exercise rooms, pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts and craft centers.
