1st month's rent, cleaning fee, plus security deposit payable at time
of booking … (If shorter then 90 days out from your stay.)
Father then 90 days out: $500 will hold the reservations; balance of rent is due 90 days prior to your arrival.
Reservations are not guaranteed until the agreed payments and signed rental agreement are received!
The Security Deposit: of $500 is totally refundable (within 15 days of departure) as long the property has been left in order, all terms of the lease agreement have been met and there is no damages to the unit.

$750.00 per week... 2 weeks minimum during our peak-season) Reservations for less than 1 month during our peak season are based on availability and are not booked until Dec 16th.
Basic cable: is provided.
Telephone Service: Local service is included, long distance access is available only with with a telephone calling card or credit card.
All cancellations must be in writing.
DEPARTURE: When departing, leave the unit in a clean and orderly condition. (Bed linens and towels will be laundered by our cleaning staff.) Tenant will be charged if extra cleaning is required or for any damages that resulted from abuse, misuse or negligence.
