1st month's rent & cleaning fee payable at time of booking … (If shorter then 90 days out from your stay.)

Balance of rent is due 90 days
prior to arrival.

Security Deposit of $350.00 is due at the time of leasing and refundable 30 days after departure if there is no major damage to property besides normal wear.

One small dog $125.00 non-

All rates include utilities and high speed Internet.

Cancellation Fees -  $425.00.

If you cancel fewer than 90
days before your arrival date, no rental deposit can be returned unless a replacement booking is obtained. Sorry, no refunds after lease start date.

Reservations for less than 1 month during our peak season are based on availability and are not booked until Dec 16th.
